Custom templates

Command AI provides some handy templates out of the box for each nudge type. But let's be honest: you'll probably want to create your own. Custom templates are useful in scenarios where:

  • You're using a similar nudge structure over and over (and want to avoid duplicating the last nudge you created every time)
  • You want to encourage your team to create nudge's with a specific structure

To create a template, create a new nudge and then select "Create a template" from the elipsis menu.

Using templates​

Next time you click "Create new" to create a new nudge, you'll see your template appear.

Editing templates​

You can edit a template after it has been created, but note that changes will not propagate to nudges that were created using that template.
